As the name implies, this board just glides. This super versatile shortboard is great for any location that's not always top-to-bottom death pits. The wide tail puts more foam under your back foot for making softer sections, or driving around faster ones. The optional five-fin setup allows it to be ridden as a thruster, or quad.
If you can only afford to have one shorty in your quiver, or want to travel light with something that can take most of what Mother Nature throws your way—from waist high to a couple feet overhead—the Ray is your ticket.
The bottom has considerable vee and pronounced double-concave through the back third of the board. the Ray is shown here with a bat tail, but is also available as a squash or swallow.
